Join Petra
and Erin Baumgartel for an evening of healing restorative yoga,
infused with the soothing scents of essential oils, that will
elevate your senses and take your practice to a new
level.
This evening will
fill you with a heightened sense of inner calm and self-reflection,
while the essential oils will enhance and amplify your
experience.
In this
workshop you will:
- learn about how
essential oils support your emotional wellbeing - reduce stress and
anxiety, help with better sleep, and increase energy and
happiness
- experience
different breathing techniques to maximize the
experience
- rest and restore
the mind, body & soul
When: Friday, March 31st, 6:00 - 7:30pm

Petra's teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method, a
Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction,
detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement layered with longer
holds to improve strength and flexibility. Her classes are
carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of yoga.
Erin, RYT200, comes to yoga with a psychology background,
enjoying the merger between mental, physical, and spiritual health
that yoga brings about. She loves helping people see the healing
benefits of a regular yoga practice.
