Schuster for Gentle yoga class that is suitable for students of all
abilities. Experience not necessary to enjoy this 50min
class, all props will be provided for you.

Erin Schuster
has over 1000HR in Trainings and has been teaching Kripalu yoga and
meditation since 2012. She offers wellness workshops, corporate +
teen yoga programs, and retreats. It is Erin’s mission to offer
transformative experiences in a supportive environment that
inspires connection, compassion, and joy. Erin has been offering
many donation-based classes to support women, youth and families on
CT Shoreline, and CENTER Yoga + Wellness is proud to parner up with
her on this event.
