Petra’s teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method, a Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement and layered with longer holds to improve strength and flexibility. Petra is passionate about working one-on-one with students, helping them to deepen their practice, heal from injuries and find their own practice that honors and celebrates their abilities.
