Description
Open to all Moms and Littles 0-24 months
(modifications will be given to those under
4-months). Class will be held
at the studio for a total of 30-minutes. A carrier is required for
a portion of this format - expect to keep baby in carrier for a
total of 15-minutes.
We’ll start with babies on mom (in carriers)
beside the reformers for some standing lower body work, and move to
seated upper body work on the carriage. Baby will come out of the
carrier to be held by mom for some core work on the side of the
carriage, and face to face planks. We’ll finish with some fun
ball rolling and stretches on the mat. All experience levels are
welcome. Grip socks are required for mom. Suggested format subject
to change.
