Step into a deep state of rest and renewal with this 90-minute
Yoga Nidra workshop designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet
the mind, and reconnect you to your inner stillness. Often called
“yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique
practiced lying down, allowing the body to fully relax while the
mind drifts between wakefulness and sleep.
In this workshop, you’ll be gently guided through:

Breath awareness and body scanning to release tension

Sankalpa (heartfelt intention) setting for personal transformation

A full Yoga Nidra journey to access profound states of consciousness

Gentle movement and grounding practices to close the session with clarity
This is an invitation to pause, reset, and access the deep healing that comes from doing less.
