MANTRA, MOVEMENT, & MEDITATION- a Journey through the Yogas of The Bhagavad Gita - the Bridge's 300-HR Yoga Teacher Training is a 10-month experience that will take place from April 2026-January 2027.

We will meet one weekend per month (Fri-Sat-Sun) + 2 Tuesday evenings (live on zoom) per month + 100 asynchronous hours. 

If you are ready to deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, and intuitive sequencing, this is the training for you! 

We will study the writings of many of the great teachers -- Thich Nhat Hahn, Eknath Eswaren, Ram Dass, davidji, and others!
