In the lead-up to the Rev & Run 5K on July 18, we’re hosting a 4-week Strength & Mobility Series designed to get you primed for a fun and fast race day.
Each 90-minute session includes:

Programmed by Jack Shea, 4x NCAA National Champion at NAU, and led by Dhani Oks, Stay Gold co-founder, these sessions are designed for runners of all levels looking to move better, train smarter, and build race-day confidence.
