Join Susan for this new Yoga Quarter Offering.  The Wisdom Women Circle is for women who have come through menopause, Women who consider themselves to be slightly older.

Susan says:

“I am very fortunate to have many younger women in my life.  I am regularly at gatherings where I am the oldest in the room and while I find that inspiring, challenging and connecting, there is a part of me that yearns to connect with women who also share an experience of getting older and the inspiration, challenge and connection that that may bring. ” 

The Wisdom Women Circle will be a monthly gathering where Susan will curate a creative space for conversation and sharing.  Conversations will range from sharing observations about how our bodies have changed, skin, hair, the freedom of being outside the monthly bleed cycle and the sense of loss, how we feel in a society that so often values youth over age, the challenges of having adult children or having no children, loss grief.

As we grow as a group there will be invitation to shape the direction.

The Circle will start at 8:15pm and finish up at 9:30pm with a cuppa and toast.
