Relax and Reset with a Soundbath Meditation

A Soundbath is a holistic and immersive relaxation practice that combines the therapeutic effects of sound and meditation to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity.

Join us for a deeply calming experience.  You will be guided to breathe, stretch and lie down comfortably on your yoga mats while Lisa plays a variety of soothing and resonant instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, or perhaps vocal toning or mantras.

The sound vibrations produced by these instruments can have a profound effect on the body and nervous system. The vibrations synchronize and balance brainwave patterns, inducing a state of deep relaxation.

Participants are encouraged to focus on their breath, let go of stress, and allow the sound vibrations to guide them into a meditative state. The experience is meant to facilitate a sense of inner peace, balance, and overall well-being. Sound bath meditations are often used as a tool for reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, and enhancing mindfulness.  Participants sometimes see colors or have dream-like experiences.  Each session is uniquely suited for whoever shows up!

This event takes place at Homegrown Yoga & Pilates Studio.

 Individuals with heart conditions, including heart arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation or other irregular heart rhythms), should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any sound therapy or vibrational healing session.

Sound frequencies and vibrations may affect individuals differently. Those with pacemakers, implanted medical devices, or other cardiovascular concerns should seek medical clearance prior to attending.
