Reiki is a type of Japanese relaxation therapy used to aid in healing through touch by the practitioner on to the patient. Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. Reiki is a special kind of life force that can only be channeled by someone that has been attuned to it.

In Reiki 1&2 weekend workshop, you will learn: the history of reiki, how to heal and use reiki on yourself, how to use reiki to heal others, distance healing, proper usage of reiki symbols and experience Reiki first hand with lots of in-class practice. You will also receive a reiki manual from ICRT, International Center for Reiki Training.

Reiki 1 sets the foundation for your reiki journey. You will learn what reiki is, the history of reiki, using reiki for healing on yourself and others. You will also become attuned to the reiki 1 energy.

In Reiki 2, you will gain a deeper understanding of how the energy flows. You will become attuned to the reiki 2 level which will open the pathway to facilitating your reiki practice. You will learn 3 reiki symbols to fine tune the reiki energy.
