Stacy specializes in customized yoga and Pilates for individuals with scoliosis and spinal fusion. She underwent an 11-vertebrae spinal fusion with Harrington rods at 16 years old in 1994. Two years later she discovered yoga as a means to reconnect with her body after years of pain, recovery, and bracing. Her mission is to share her expertise and help those with back conditions enjoy the benefits of yoga and Pilates to relieve pain and gain back their agency.
