Unlock the potential of your breath in this guided pranayama and mindfulness series designed to cultivate balance, clarity, and vitality. Over four weeks, you’ll explore breathwork techniques that regulate energy, calm the mind, and deepen awareness. By integrating mindfulness with pranayama, you’ll develop a practice that enhances both inner stillness and daily resilience.

 

Each session builds progressively, providing practical tools for self-regulation and emotional well-being. Whether you're seeking relaxation, focus, or renewed energy, this series will help you harness the power of breath as a gateway to mindfulness and presence. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed.

 

Week 1: Foundations of Breath & Awareness

  • Introduction to diaphragmatic breathing and mindful breath awareness
  • Understanding the connection between breath, mind, and nervous system
  • Simple techniques for grounding and relaxation

 

Week 2: Breath for Energy & Vitality

  • Exploring invigorating pranayama techniques 
  • Cultivating focus and alertness through breath control
  • Balancing activation with mindfulness practices

 

Week 3: Breath for Calm & Emotional Balance

  • Deepening breath awareness with longer, slower exhalations
  • Techniques for soothing the nervous system
  • Using breath as a tool for emotional regulation and mindfulness

 

Week 4: Integration & Breath as Meditation

  • Refining your pranayama practice with a balanced approach
  • Breath-based meditation techniques for sustained mindfulness
  • Creating a personalized breathwork routine for daily life

 

By the end of the series, you’ll have a deeper understanding of your breath as a powerful tool for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Special Instructions

You are invited to come dressed comfortably, bring your yoga mat, and wear anything that helps you feel comfortable when seated. Plan to bring a sweater or a wrap to keep yourself warm. Chairs will be available for those who prefer. 

 

You may wish to bring a notebook or journal for taking notes and reflections.
