Feeling stressed, distracted, or running on empty? This 45 minute class is a chance to slow down, move gently, and learn how a few focused breaths can make a real difference.
We’ll start with light movement and stretching to shake off tension, then explore tactical breathing- a simple, practical way to steady your mind and body anytime, anywhere. You will learn easy techniques to stay calm under pressure, boost focus and energy, recover faster after workouts or long days, and sleep more easily.
No yoga experience needed-just come as you are. This session is about learning to use your breath as your reset button.
