Ages 7–15 | Mixed-Level Class

This playful yet progressive aerial class is designed for kids who are ready to climb, spin, flip, and fly! Whether your child is brand new to aerial or already confidently moving in the air, this class offers a supportive space for them to build strength, coordination, and confidence in the aerial hammock.

Students are divided into groups based on experience level:

• Explorers focus on gaining comfort in the air, learning basic poses, building grip and core strength, and developing aerial awareness through creative movement and games.

• Flyers take their skills further with sequencing, drops, spinning transitions, and more advanced shapes—all while cultivating focus, resilience, and flow.

Led by compassionate and experienced instructors, this class blends fun with technique and encourages kids to progress at their own pace while staying inspired by their peers. A perfect balance of structure and freedom!

Class runs Mondays September 8- December 8. No class on Thanksgiving October 13. 

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and be ready to have FUN!

Our cancellation policy for our kids series is a 3 week notice for a full credit on your coast flow account, or a refund to your credit card minus a $20 admin fee. Please note that we do not accept cancelations with less than three weeks notice. If you cancel less than three weeks before the start of the session, you will not get a refund.
