Join us for our Winter Retreat on Sat February 7th from 9:00 am - 4:00pm.
We will start your day by energizing both body and mind and then unwind into the afternoon for some soothing reset and refresh.
The Morning Energy Burn session includes a refreshing snow shoe walk or spin class, invigorating mat Pilates, a motivational talk to ignite your inner fire, and an empowering upper body sculpt session.
Our Midday Reset is a pause and refuel with a delicious, healthy lunch surrounded by nature at its winter wonderland best — the perfect fuel for body and soul.
Afternoon Unwind eases us into the afternoon with a gentle “Happy Hips & Back” stretch session, designed to melt tension and open the body.
The Grand Finale will allow us to let go completely in the 90-minute HOT STONE Relaxation Class — a blissful blend of soothing hot stone restorative techniques, pampering touches, and magical extras that will leave you floating.
True to its name, this is your day to Sweat & Soothe — all within the stunning, tranquil sanctuary of Vicki Tree, nestled deep in the woods of the majestic snowy forest.

9:00am: Arrival & Settle In
9:15am: Snow Shoe or Spin Class
10:15am: Energy Ball Snack Break
10:30am: Upper Body Strength (30 min with light weights)
11:30am: Mat Pilates Core Focus
12:15pm: Healthy Lunch
1:00pm: Wellness Circle Discussion
1:20pm: Gentle Stretch Happy Hips (30 min)
2:00pm: Break & Reset
2:15pm: Pampering Hot Stone Relaxation Class (90 min of Sounds, Gentle Touch and Pampering)
3:45pm: Closing Circle
4:00pm: Departure
Please Bring:

Bring a change of clothes (new bra, SOCKS, undergarments, shirt and pants and so forth as you will get cold if you do not change from head to toe after snowshoe or movement class.) Have 2 outfits (one for movement, one for yoga). Dress in layers (don’t forget new/extra socks).

Two large pillow case for the provided bolster (king or reg size)

Water bottle & yoga mat (we will have one on the floor already so you can have extra cushion with yours - or opt to only use ours!) We have lots of mats so no worries if you do not have one!

Outdoor hiking attire to stay warm where you can peel off layers once we warm up.

Lunch Menu Options: (TBD)
Once you register, we will reach out with ideas for healthy lunch options. Options include for your to order is an energy ball, main, dessert & beverage. The lunches will be homemade by Melina Sue from Oro Home Kitchen (licensed home business) and served in an environmentally friendly lunch box She makes it fresh the morning of :) and can accommodate all dietary restrictions. **Please note: that while we (Vicki Tree) may facilitate the ordering of lunches from Oro Home Kitchen or another provider, the contractual relationship is between client and such third party provider.
