Join us for the Sacral Chakra workshop on Fri
July 11th from 6:30-8:30pBeginners Welcome… Register thru
Vibe Yoga Lab website Heres the itinerary:
6:30p Beginner friendly Sacral Chakra
Vinyasa flow with intermediate level changes. The class will
focuson stretching and strengthening the hips with some balancing
poses
7:30p Education on the impact of the Sacral
Chakra on the body and the spirit. We will share common
misalignments and how to diagnose yourself… with things to look out
for such as hip pain, pelvic floor weakness, impact of sex drive,
unprocessed emotions, and experiencing a flow of creativity. We
will end with a circle of sharing
Testimonies: Everyone that attended the Root Chakra workshop rated
the session highly enjoyable and educational and all desire to come
to the this session. One attendee was a yoga teacher, one did
Reiki, and another had never heard of Chakra before… no matter the
level they learned and enjoyed
