Goddess Yoga summer solstice edition, come celebrate the art of sacred, sensual movement, and feminine energy. This workshop is a somatic healing practice that combines yoga, belly dance, intuitive movement, somatic release and kundalini inspired breathwork. Together we move to open our hearts, release shame stored in our hips and womb, feel into our innate sensual expression and speak our truths.

“I’m originally from Buffalo NY- been in Phoenix over 8 years now and I’m so excited to bring my medicine back to my hometown. I’m a Healing Artist you could say, but the edgy fun kind ;) I’m a hypnotherapist and source code solvent , along with a somatic breathwork teacher, sensual somatic movement guide and reiki energy healer. I love weaving these transformational practices together to curate safe, but brave spaces for women to come undone and turn back on. Together we are loving, leading and liberating ourselves ”
