Workshop Description: June 28th, join Ashley for an exploration in Restorative Yoga! A yoga tradition that focuses on the techniques we can implement to create ease in the mind and body. Who is Restorative Yoga good for? Everyone! It’s gentle and designed around the idea that we all need moments to refuel and reset. We will discuss the role of breath, gentle poses and the central nervous system in creating a restful state.
