Join us for a Method Wellness workshop with Lindsey Sutton,
Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach, OTD, Phd, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and
500RYT & 200 ERYT.
Grab a friend, neighbor or loved one for this spring, self care
workshop with Lindsay; together we’ll learn more about daily
practices and routines for finding personal balance through an
Ayurvedic lens. You’ll learn about the three main doshas—
Vata, Pitta, and Kapha— and the unique combination of elements that
make up YOUR constitution!
In this workshop, we’ll
-discover your unique dosha using a dosha quiz, and use the results
to create a daily home movement & nourishment practice
-learn general asana & self care routines to help balance each
dosha
-discuss possible challenges and ways to address them when
implementing new routines
