Think beyond a six-pack. The Power of Feeling workshop is a deep dive into the anatomy and physiology of the core from the pelvic floor to the diaghram.  Then, a deep dive into the subtle anatomy of the sacral chakra, water element, and emotion.  This workshop will provide 15 hours of continueing education with Yoga Alliance for registered yoga teachers.
