Your inner fire is your center of strength and determination.  Take a deep dive into the anatomy and physiology of the torso-abs, back and torso.  Then, we will take a deep dive into the sublte anatomy of the solar plexus chakra, breathing practices and all things heat!  This workshop is not for the faint of heart, some level of activity is required to complete this workshop.  This workshop will provide 15 CECs with Yoga Alliance.
