Give yourself the gift of deep rest and energetic renewal in this immersive 2-hour sound bath experience, beginning with grounding breathwork to prepare the body and mind for stillness. Our Sound Journey invites you to slow down, let go, and be gently guided into a state of profound relaxation.

We begin with 30-45 minutes of intentional breathwork to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open the heart. This guided breathing practice helps release tension and prepare you to receive the full benefits of the sound experience. This practice will allow your body to come out of a state of Fight or Flight and into a state of Rest and Digest. 

As you settle into a comfortable resting position, you’ll be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. The frequencies support deep meditation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation—inviting the body to rest and restore at a cellular level.

What to Expect:

• Opening breathwork to ground and center

• A 75-90 minute sound bath with live instruments

• A space for reflection, intention setting, or journaling afterward (optional)

• Mats, bolsters, and blankets available (or bring your own if you prefer)

Please Bring:
A yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you need to feel cozy (pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc.). You're welcome to bring a journal for post-session reflections.
