4-Week Block | Babies Welcome from 8 Weeks to Pre-Crawling

Join our nurturing and supportive Pilatebaby course – a 4-week postnatal Pilates block designed especially for new mums to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and connect with their babies and other local mums.

Led by expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT practitioner Beth Alexander, this class focuses on gentle, targeted movement to support your postnatal recovery. You’ll learn and practise specific exercises to:

Reconnect with and strengthen your core and pelvic floor
Improve spinal mobility and relieve tension
Rebuild posture and body awareness
Move safely and mindfully during early motherhood

Babies are welcome from 8 weeks old until they’re on the move. Classes include time for bonding with your baby, and we finish with a relaxed social space so you can enjoy a chat with other mums.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive – early booking is recommended!

Instructions Spéciales :

You must have had your 6-week postnatal check with a health practitioner before starting this course. By booking, you confirm that you have had this check and are fit to participate.

Due to limited space in the reception area, we kindly ask that you carry your baby in or bring a car seat where possible. If you’re bringing a pushchair, we have a secure garden area at the back of the studio (access via Blackmore Lane) for buggy parking. Knock at reception and we will open the gate for you.
Please note: the studio itself is a buggy- and pushchair-free zone to ensure a safe and comfortable space for everyone.

No refunds are available. However, if you're unable to attend, you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket. Please email the new attendee’s contact details to info@zenergywellness.co.uk before the class.
