Your beautifully relaxing Journey through the Chakras is a 90-minute yin practice enhanced by Samantha’s velvety voice and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. You’ll begin with a few minutes of tuning in, arriving on your mat, and being in the present moment. Samantha will then guide you through yin poses specifically to tune into each of the 7 main chakras from the root to the crown. You’ll relax the muscles and allow the magic of yin to work on the connective tissue as Samantha plays balancing and meditative singing bowls for each chakra. The practice will conclude with a nice relaxing Shavasana.

Dress in comfortable clothing for a yin yoga practice, bring your mat and any of your favorite props if you like, or feel free to use props at the studio.
