This all levels class will release, relax and restore your mind, body, and spirit by combining Yin and Restorative Yoga postures. I will also offer Reiki throughout the class. Yin Yoga stretches the primary connective tissues of the body (typically holding postures for 3, 5, or 7 minutes).

 

Restorative Yoga involves the use of props to allow the body to feel totally supported, allowing the body to relax and release. This combination will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The benefits of this class include: increasing flexibility, releasing muscle tension, calming a restless mind, inducing emotional healing boosting the immune system.

 

LIVE HARPIST NICOLE ANDERSON will accompany Jennifer as she leads you through the soothing yin and restorative postures.

Yoga has truly transformed me into the person I am today. After working for more than twenty years in the legal field - stress had taken a toll on my physical and emotional body. The first time I stepped onto my yoga mat, I instantly felt the transformation that this practice reveals. A gift that we are all born with, but somehow gets lost in the process of daily life.
