Late arrivals for Salt Therapy sessions, or salty classes, salty workshops forfeit their session, as they start on the hour and we are UNABLE to open the door once the halogenerator is running.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full credit to your Zenning account. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100%, unless otherwise arranged with O’Livia. Refunds are only given if the instructor cancels or due to inclement weather; otherwise, payments are credited. For after-hours classes, the door will be locked—arrive on time or text if running late.
