Please bring your own mat and blanket for this outdoor event. Yoga mats and blankets will not be provided. The event includes: yoga, picking flowers from the fields, a mason jar to keep for your flower bouquet that you make and snacks. 

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the event to complete paperwork for Dr. Carin Purtle and Dr. Lori Wight for acupuncture. Bring a water bottle with you and wear comfortable and loose clothing. Acupuncture points will include ankles, feet, shins, and arms as well as a couple of other places.
