Beach Flow + Nature Walk & Tea Gathering
Join us for a morning beach flow with Clarissa on 66th Street in the sand from 7:30–8:30 a.m., followed by an optional ocean swim. At 9:00 a.m., we’ll walk to Nicolette’s home nearby for cold brews, herbal teas, and light snacks, then take a meditative walk through Seashore for a grounding close to the morning.

$15 for Beach Flow (register in the classes tab) – everything after is simply a community offering.

Kids are welcome to join after yoga!

We can't wait to have you in our home :) We will all walk together to Nicolette's after Beach Flow + optional swim. Be sure to register for Beach Flow at 7:30am on 6/27 in the classes tab!
