The night includes mocktails, munchies, meditation, and a simple creative craft to help you drop into presence and play. You'll unwind, breathe deeper, release the stress you've been carrying, and walk away feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to your own inner magic.

Rocky Kitzmiller is a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, meditation guide, and founder of Tune-in 2 Wellness in Virginia Beach. She helps women reduce stress, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and discover the magic that's already within them through hypnotherapy, Reiki, and guided meditation. Rocky is also the host of the Soul Knowledge podcast and leads community events that invite women to slow down, breathe, and come back home to themselves.
