Join us for an evening of quiet, reflective bliss. Wrap up your week and welcome December in our cozy, candle-lit space. Our studio will offer a warm, peaceful, and calming atmosphere. Movement will be guided by our fabulous instructor, Claudia. Yin, by nature, is a meditative style of yoga with minimal movement that allows your body to sink, soften, and open. It’s accessible to yogis at every level of practice. This event will give your senses a true experience—bring a friend and zen out together!

Blocks, blankets, straps, and mats are all provided by us!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to make sure you don't feel rushed! We want you to set up, and allow yourself to fully enter the room before class begins.
