Instructions Spéciales :
A few things to keep in mind
are;
*you can arrive 10-15
mins before hand to fill out our intake form.
*stay really well hydrated before during and after
your session. Replacing electrolytes as needed.
*A high concentration of Dead Sea salt and baking
soda bath is recommended within 24 of your session. We sell a ready
to go bath mix at the center that has been charged within the
eesystem if you wish to purchase those they are $18 each.
(These 2 things hydration and a detox bath assist
your body greatly on the detoxing it will be doing)
*Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. The room
is chilly wear socks and bring a blanket if you wish we have some
avalible to use as well.
*Phones off or at least on silent
*come with an intention of what you want to
accomplish or experience within your session… then let go of
expectation and allow your body to do with the energy it is given
what it needs most.
