Join Registered Acupuncturist, Michelle Vautour, the first Wednesday of each month for this blissful group acupuncture session. You will choose between two health focuses:

1) Stress and optimal sleep support, or

2) Invigorating and uplifting support.

...then rest and relax on your own yoga mat (with lots of props and support so that you are cozy) The perfect way to get over the Wednesdays! Direct billing is an option for those who have extended health benefits.

Please wear clothing comfortable to rest in. It would be ideal to wear pants that can be comfortably rolled over the knee or shorts, an t-shirt or tank top to allow access to your arms and shoulders.
