Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your foundation, this workshop will teach you how to approach these poses with strength, stability, and mindfulness.
What you’ll learn:
Key alignment principles to build a solid foundation and prevent
injury
How to engage the core, wrists, and shoulders for strength and
control
Safe entry and exit strategies for poses like Crow, Headstand, and
more
Props and modifications to make postures more accessible or more
challenging

First half of workshop is practicing UY strength and stretch training sequence to do general development of both qualities through all zones of the body(warm up), second half is lecture and practice of various arm balancing and inversions, to have more time to focus on each kind, and what it looks like to train ourselves from our individual level of physicality.
