Come join Shaolin Warrior Monk Yuan Jing at the studio for a 2 hour workshop.
Both Tai Chi & Qigong are super beneficial for your mental wellbeing and physical health. They are ancient Chinese practices known for promoting mental and physical balance & overall wellbeing.
You have the chance to learn the basics from Yuan Jing, a 34th generation Shaolin monk. He lived in a Shaolin Temple as a warrior monk from when he was little, for his teenage years until his early twenties. He has been teaching now for over 20 years in Canada, US and has recenty moved to Australia.
This is such a unique chance to practice with a true master, someone who has been deeply trained in these teachings. Come and learn from a master who has spent the majority of his life devoted to the practice of martial arts & Buddhism.
Yuan's teachings focus on the dynamic power of Shaolin Kung Fu, the graceful flow of Tai Chi, and the meditative energy work of Qigong, offering a holistic approach to pysical and mental well-being. Whether for self-defense, fitness or mindfulness, his goal is to guide individuals on their journey to greater health and harmony.
This workshop will help you uncover or deepen your understanding of these practices. Everyone (18+) is welcome.
