This Level 1 training is your initiation into Reiki, energy healing, and intuitive awakening. It is designed to strengthen your connection to universal life force energy, elevate your intuition, and unleash and expand the natural abilities you already carry.

During this one day immersion, you will learn the history of Reiki, how to channel energy clearly and powerfully {*without taking on the energies of others}. You will gain an education on how to transmute energy outside of yourself, instead of absorb it, and how to maintain, elevate, and transform your own field with thought and frequency ~ non-reactive yet charged ~ grounded, stable, and aligned ~ still able to support others while allowing negative energy fall away.

In this training you will learn:

• The history and foundations of Usui Reiki, Kahuna practices, and Holy Fire energy

• How Reiki works, the chakras, aura, and the ether

• How to raise and stabilize your own frequency while working with others

• How to recognize intuitive messages and trust what you perceive

• How to be an empath who helps others to release energy ~ all without taking it into your own body

• How to transmute heavy or stagnant energy into clarity, peace, and flow

• How to utillize energy ~ not just with your hands

Practice + Experience

• You will leave attuned to Reiki I energy

• Hands-on partner work to practice giving and receiving

• Group healing exchanges to strengthen sensitivity and intuitive accuracy

• Techniques to clear your field, raise your frequency, and alchemize any situation on the spot, in the moment 

• Simple practices you can use daily to regulate your own system and support loved ones

• Creating a connection between yourself and others that will fulfill your heart, uplift your intuitive self, and set your desire to make a positive impact on fire again. 

What you will leave with:

• A full Reiki Level 1 Certification

• A deeper connection to your higher ups, guides, religion, faith and/or spirituality, and intuitive inner guidance

• Tools to support stress reduction, emotional/physical balance, and energy clearing

• The ability to practice Reiki on yourself and animals

• A newfound community of peers with the support and partnership of a live and local Mentor

• Confidence, clarity, and a higher personal frequency

• An introduction to the ignition symbol, methods, and teachings of Level 2
