This is a chance to save lives through platelet donation and reward your own fitness journey in return for making a difference.   Your screening takes ~20 minutes and involves a medical health history questionnaire, a vitals check, and a standard blood sample draw. As a reminder, you will earn a $50 credit towards your Lift Society membership just for completing this ~20-minute screening. If you become an eligible donor with Fountain, they will offer you a $150 credit every time you donate platelets with them (you can donate up to 24x/year)
