Bootcamps are great way to exercise with a group. In my Studio the group is limited to 4 people and we are staying inside, so the weather does not cause cancellations, neither do we overheat or freeze. PLUS YOU GET TO USE GYM & REFORMER EQUIPMENT FROM TIME TO TIME!
Ensuring you still get a more personalised session, but costing less than a 1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training Session.
Each group does not need to have everyone at the same level. All levels of fitness can be catered to.
Special Instructions
1. The studio is up the end of the drive, a back section on the right
2. Your welcome to park up the driveway as this class is between 9am-5pm. Just be aware reversing maybe required should the 4 parks be busy.
3. Bring - a towel, drink bottle + water and clean shoes.
