Get ready for an out-of-this-world experience that blends deep relaxation with interstellar vibes!
Join us for 90 minutes of yin yoga and immersive sound, all wrapped in a playful sci-fi narrative.
Yin Yoga Guided by Madeleine, we’ll flow through gentle yin poses designed to open and restore the body. As you move, Doug will create a live, intuitive soundscape using crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, and otherworldly tones.
In the second half, you’ll sink into stillness with a full-body sound bath—a voyage through deep space and deeper relaxation.
Expect mood lighting, starry effects, and campy cosmic fun. Costumes welcome, curiosity encouraged!
Sci-Fi cosplay is welcome, but not required. Please be sure to wear something you can do gentle yoga movement in, but we hope to see some visitors from the far reaches of the galaxy!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled.
