Hi, I'm Diana, a certified Kundalini yoga teacher with specialized training in prenatal Kundalini yoga. My journey with Kundalini began when I fell in love with the way it transformed my energy and well-being after just a few classes. This passion led me to complete my teacher training in 2020, and now I’m dedicated to sharing this powerful practice in a way that’s accessible and welcoming to everyone. In addition to teaching Kundalini, I also love facilitating sound journeys that help deepen the mind-body connection. When I'm not teaching, you can find me dancing, hiking, or camping in nature. I can’t wait to connect with you and share these incredible practices!
