Pranayama (Breathwork) Workshop
Saturday Dec 20th 10-11am
Any cancellations are non-refundable.
What is Pranayama?
Pranayama is the science and art of yogic breath. Traditionally practiced after asana, it is a pathway that leads the practitioner inward - refining awareness, improving energy flow, and preparing the mind for deeper states of meditation.
In yoga’s eight-limbed path, pranayama is considered a bridge between the external practices and the inner limbs. With regular practice, the breath becomes healthier, more intelligent, and more sensitive - helping you feel clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself.
This workshop introduces pranayama in a simple, safe, and accessible way so you can understand not just how to breathe, but why it matters.
What We’ll Explore
Foundational Breath
Techniques

steady the mind and body.
