Join Purple Light Healing and Coaching for a transformative Sound Bath Healing Experience designed to restore balance, release stress, and bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.

A sound bath is a deeply meditative practice where participants are immersed in sound waves created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and tuning forks. These frequencies interact with your body’s energy field, realigning and harmonizing your inner state.

How It Works:

• Vibrational Healing: Every organ, cell, and chakra has its own frequency. Stress can throw these frequencies off balance. Sound waves help restore harmony, bringing you back into alignment.
