Join us for our 3rd Annual Christmas PJ Breakfast.. 

Details: Get moving: This year we'll be kicking things off with a rhythmic somatic 30 min session with Dana at 9am.  Get playing: As always we'll be playing some classic (and not so classic) christmas theme games!  Potluck Style: Bring your favourite holiday breakfast item Arrival Time: Feel free to arrive anytime after 8:30AM so we can start promptly at 9am; we’ll begin eating at 10:00 AM. Drinks Provided: We’ll take care of the coffee, tea, OJ and mimosas. Games & Prizes: Enjoy games throughout the morning with plenty of laughs and great prizes! This isn’t a “workout” class, just a time to relax, connect, and have fun.
