Day 1: Heal Yourself, Awaken Your Energy

Reiki Level 1 is the sacred beginning of your healing journey. In this foundational training, you will learn how to channel Reiki energy for self-healing, personal growth, and energetic balance. This level is focused on connecting deeply with your own energy, cultivating inner awareness, and establishing daily Reiki self-practice.

Through a traditional Reiki attunement, your energetic channels will be opened, allowing Reiki to flow through you naturally.

You will learn:

• The history, principles, and philosophy of Reiki
• How to perform Reiki for self-healing
• Understanding the energy body and chakra system
• Grounding, protection, and cleansing techniques
• Creating a sustainable daily self-Reiki practice

Upon completion, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 Certification.

Two-Day Course Overview:

• Day 1: Reiki Level 1 — Self-Healing and Personal Practice
• Day 2: Reiki Level 2 — Reiki for Others, Distance Healing, and Reiki Symbols
• Both days include: Guided practice sessions, attunement ceremonies, written manuals, certificates of completion, and community connection.
