Join Hilary for an event that blends the exploratory nature of Somatic Experiencing with the soothing and anchoring qualities of sound healing. Participants will be guided through an experience similar to a guided meditation with the intention of bringing you closer to yourself. While resting comfortably on the floor or in a chair, participants will be prompted to notice the body in new and different ways. Throughout the process, the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and gongs will promote relaxation and serve as a unique resource to return to.
