Welcome to the only breathwork training that includes heart
science from a decolonized, non approached, trauma infomed
lens.
In this module we will cover:
What is body therapy breathwork?
+ the Science
+ the Benefits
+ the Method (focused approach on conscious circular
breathwork)
Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive
practice
+ contraindications and what you need to
know
+ how to curate safe experiences
+ ensuring you are resourced appropriately to support people
+ EDIB (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion + Belonging)
+ Reconciliation and Land Acknowledgements
This is a small group training of maximum 10 students.
Instructions Spéciales :
This weekend module includes 2 months of mentorship, your exam/
coaching support and support with getting your business started.
You will also receive a HeartMath Em Wave Pro Plus Heart
Variability Assessment and wellness plan and a Somatic Heart
Imprint Therapy Session to work on one of your emotional blocks
with Loretta Cella, owner and founder.
