In this 90-minute session, you’ll use the power of conscious breath to start exploring and releasing the hidden beliefs, emotions, and patterns shaping your relationship with money. Whether you feel stuck in scarcity, weighed down by shame or guilt, or simply ready to shift into a more empowered, aligned relationship with abundance - this experience will guide you back to your inner truth.
Through a combination of somatic awareness, guided reflection, and a full breathwork journey, you'll begin to connect with the subconscious roots of your money story and begin to gently unravel what no longer serves. This is an opportunity to start moving beyond mindset work and into embodied change - where healing, clarity, and new possibility can emerge.

Your Guide:
Shannon’s work is rooted in the belief that coming home to yourself is the most powerful journey you can take. As a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Nidra Instructor, and Trauma of Money Coach, she weaves together somatic practices, nervous system support, and subconscious healing to guide others into deeper connection, inner peace, and embodied self-trust. She believes in cultivating inner growth for outer greatness, helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
With a grounded yet intuitive approach based on her own healing experience and her education, Shannon holds space for your personal transformation in a way that feels safe, supportive, and deeply nourishing. Her sessions may stem from one specific modality like breathwork or be a blend of breathwork, yoga nidra, guided meditation and thoughtful conversation - tools that help quiet the noise, soften protective layers, and reawaken the wisdom that lives in the body and heart.
In her presence, there’s permission to slow down, to feel what’s ready to be felt, and to begin again. Her teachings are informed not just by years of training, but by her own lived experience - including leaving behind a high-pressure career, relationships and moving cities to follow the call toward healing, wholeness, and a more aligned way of living.
Shannon’s devotion lies in helping others reconnect to what truly matters: calm in the chaos, clarity through the confusion, and confidence in the quiet knowing within. Her offerings are a reflection of these ethos - spaces of soulful reconnection, community, and aligned action.
She is based in Whistler and works with people both in-person and online, 1:1 and in groups, through workshops, retreats and a 6 module course for personal transformation.

We’re so glad you’re joining us.
To ensure your experience is safe, supportive, and transformative, please review the following important information before your session:
What to Bring
You don’t need to bring any special unless you have your favourite breathwork gear—everything you need is provided in the studio, including mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks.
Please come prepared with:

Layered clothing for comfort as your body temperature may shift during the session

A water bottle to stay hydrated

A journal if you’d like to capture insights or reflections afterward
Before Your Session

Avoid eating anything heavy at least one hour prior to the session to support optimal breathing and comfort.

No mind-altering substances on the day of the session. For your safety and the integrity of the space, we require that all participants arrive sober.

Suggest skipping coffee. Avoiding caffeine in 6-8 hours prior breathwork journey supports reaching deeper levels of relaxation.
Health & Safety
Breathwork can create powerful physical and emotional shifts. To ensure we can support you appropriately, please inform us prior to your session if you have any of the following:

Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis (past or present)

Recent surgeries or injuries where the body is still in recovery
