Rich is an executive nervous system coach and breathwork facilitator. He helps high

performers, parents, and partners move from stress, shutdown, and disconnection into

clarity, presence, and embodied purpose.

His journey deepened after co-founding a successful business and reaching a breaking point— successful on the outside, but overwhelmed and burnt out within. That moment led him to discover the power of the breath and how regulating the nervous system is the key to unlocking emotional freedom, deeper connection and true fulfillment.

Rich is trained in FBR Breathwork and his work blends nervous system science with ancient breath techniques. He creates safe, grounded spaces for people to release what’s been holding them back and reconnect with their truth—from the boardroom to the bedroom, from parenthood to leadership.

Based in Squamish with his wife and two children, Rich is still on the path of self-discovery and is dedicated to helping others express themselves more deeply, master their emotions, and live a rich, meaningful life.
