This beginner-friendly experience gives you a little taste of everything—think flirty dance moves, a couple of fun spins, and even a simple pole trick to show off. No experience? No problem! We’ll guide you every step of the way.

We’ll end the night with a toast to celebrate your fabulous selves and snap some fun, posed photos of you and your friend—because every girls' night deserves a keepsake!

What should I bring to class?
Water, thats it! We will provide you with handgrip and a pole towel for your first class.

What should I wear to my first class?
Be comfortable! Wearing or bringing shorts, spandex, or yoga shorts can be helpful with gripping the pole, but not necessary. Dancing barefoot or in socks is up to you.

Cancellation Policy
This is a specialty event with limited capacity. Due to its exclusive nature and limited availability, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

If you're unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another student. Just send us an email at contact@essencestudiopole.com with the new attendee’s name before the event begins.
