Full Moon Yoga + Sound Bath • Grand Opening at Embodied Health

Join us for an intimate, outdoor full moon evening to celebrate the opening of our new home.

5:30p - We’ll begin with a warm welcome and short studio tour.

6:15p - We'll settle into a slow, lunar-inspired yoga practice followed by a deeply restorative sound bath under the changing sky. Expect grounding movement, breath, stillness, and a closing intention to carry into the new month. 

8:15p - We'll enjoy tea, light snacks and good company and explore special founding member offers for event attendees only.

Space is limited to keep the experience spacious and personal.
