In this special 90-minute event, you’ll settle into long-held, fully supported poses designed to help your body release tension and your mind slow down. There’s almost no movement—just breath, stillness, and space to recalibrate.
As you rest, the tones of singing bowls and chimes will gently wash over you, helping you soften even more. The sound isn’t separate from the yoga—it’s woven right into the practice, supporting your shift from high alert to deep ease.
